I have been so remiss in keeping up with my blog!  So here is a new post.  At the February crop, I was making my Valentine cards and everyone loved the diorama cards I was working on. So they asked if I would teach it at the next crop. So I "taught" a little card making tutorial at a crop last weekend and I want you to see some of the awesome creations of the talented ladies who were there!

A little Valentine inspiration!

Bright and cheerful!

Who wouldn't love getting this card?

 I love this sock monkey!

I know the kid who got this one loved those cute dinosaurs!

This is one of my creations

And this was one of the Valentine cards I had made that got them requesting that I show them how!

This is going to my niece for her birthday!

And this one is for a special friend!

I had a wonderful time teaching this card and I so love seeing how people put their own spin on the basic idea!  For cutting the holes we used spellbinders dies, creative memories cutters or the fiskars shape system.  These cards are actually quite simple and you can find tutorials on them at YouTube--just search for "diorama card".
